So let’s say you paid a designer to create your logo for you, but are now stuck because you have expanded your services in other areas but your logo doesn’t reflect that. Enter the sub brand. Alaka’i Crossfit was branded as a crossfit gym but now wanted to branch out into other exercises and classes that they offered and are appealing to a completely different target market. The solution was to take their existing main logo and remove Crossfit so that it could expand. Then I created the crossfit as their sub brand and also sweat which is a different class. Color coding the sub brands help them to stand alone while the colors speak to different audiences. Some fun beachy patterns finish it off to use on their social media posts, posters and website.
